AOSOS Validation Site

Select Internet Options from the tools menu.

Select the Security Tag. Choose Trusted Sites and set the Security Level to Medium-low.

Click on the Sites button. If your site is not there, type it in and click on Add.

Select Internet Options from the tools menu.

Select the Security Tag. Choose Trusted Sites and make sure the Enable Protected Mode box is checked.

Launch IE9, 10, or 11

Click Tools icon in upper right corner and select Internet Options.

In Internet Explorer browser, click Tools in the upper toolbar or click on the Tools icon and select Internet Options

Click the Security tab and select Trusted Sites

Click Custom Level.

Scroll down to the ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins section.

Previously used Active X Controls to run without a prompt set to Enable

Binary and Script behaviors set to Enable

Download signed ActiveX controls set to Prompt.

Download unsigned ActiveX controls set to Prompt.

Only allow approved domains to use Active X without prompt set to Disable

Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins set to Enable.

Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting set to Enable.

Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting set to Enable.

Automatic Prompting for ActiveX controls set to Enable.

Click Ok

Click on Advanced tab

Go to Security section.

Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid. Make sure this is checked.

Click Ok

Close Browser

Right click on IE launcher on taskbar or on Internet Explorer icon

Choose Run as administrator

Go to Mediated site.

Click on Install for every pop up that comes up.

Close Browser

Click on IE launcher but do NOT launch as administrator

Go to Mediated site.

At this point Mediated should come up with no pop ups or problems.

Launch IE11 by going to the start menu and type in ie.exe

Click Tools icon in upper right corner and select Internet Options.

In Internet Explorer browser, click Tools in the upper toolbar or click on the Tools icon and select Internet Options

Click the Security tab and select Trusted Sites

Click Custom Level.

Scroll down to the ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins section.
